Come join us for the only award show honoring dancers and choreographers on the Broadway Stage.

This auspicious and star-studded evening celebrates outstanding dancers (male and female), as well as outstanding choreographers on the Broadway stage. Additionally, this year we will honor the legendary choreographer Patricia Birch with The Douglas Watt Lifetime Achievement Award. An award will be presented to the foremost jazz educator Luigi for his contribution to the world of dance. Special tribute will be paid in celebration of both Patricia and Luigi, with live performances from Grease, Boardwalk Empire, After Midnight & Street Scene. There will also be appearances from the Broadway community — including Susan Stroman, Valerie Harper, Bebe Neuwirth, Hal Prince, Karen Ziemba, Sergio Trujillo, Sandy Duncan, Don Correia and many others as we celebrate the Outstanding Dancers and Choreographers of 2014.

Directed by Joe Lanteri, produced by Patricia Watt.

Established in 1982, the Fred & Adele Astaire Awards (formerly known as The Astaire Awards) recognize outstanding achievement in dance on Broadway each season. The award was established with the cooperation of Fred Astaire to honor him and his sister, Adele, who starred with her brother in ten Broadway musicals between 1917 and 1931.
