Tisch New Theatre presents a fresh take on a timeless musical.

Tisch New Theatre, a completely student run theatre company associated with NYU, is celebrating its fifth year anniversary by producing a fresh tale of the timless musical, West Side Story.  This revitalization of the well-known story sets the Sharks against the Jets in a new depiction of New York City - a New York City under reconstruction.  They fight for more than their pride; now their homes and their histories are threatened to be forever changed and shifted by Manhattan's race to the skies.
