Q: Do you have discounts for Seniors / Students (NYU and Non-NYU) / Alumni / Faculty?

A: Yes to all of the above, although discount tickets are often limited. Please see our Tickets page for more information regarding discounts or contact the box office to learn what discounts are currently available.

Q: When should I arrive?

A: If you are picking up tickets from the box office please arrive early. The box office opens two hours prior to curtain. For most events, the lobby opens 1 hour prior to the performance. The house generally opens thirty minutes prior to the performance.  Will call tickets can be picked up in advance anytime during box office operating hours which are Tuesday through Saturday 12noon-6:00pm.

Q: What happens if I am late?

A: Out of respect for the artists and audience, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house management.

Q: Is there a coat check?

A: Sorry, there is no coat check available.

Q: Does the Skirball Center have a lost and found?

A: Yes, the Skirball Center does have a lost and found. If you believe you have left an item in the theatre please contact our House Manager, Ian Tabatchnick.

Q: Is the Skirball Center available to rent?

A: Yes, the Skirball Center is available as a rental. Please visit our Produce page for detailed information regarding booking the Skirball Center for your next event.

Q: Can I buy tickets without paying a ticketing fee?

A: Yes, tickets to Skirball Center events are available fee-free in person at the box office Tuesday through Saturday 12noon-6:00pm and two hours before show time. All Purchases made online and over the phone are subject to nominal fees. Q: Can I intern at the Skirball Center?

A: Yes, the Skirball Center has a variety of internship opportunities available to college students. Please visit our Get Involved page for more information and to see what student staff positions may be available.

Q: What subway trains are closest to the Skirball Center?

A: The B, D, F and A, C, E all service West 4th Street and are the shortest walking distance to the center. Other trains within walking distance include N,R at 8th Street, 6 at Astor Place, 1,9 at Christopher Street and L,N,Q,R,W,4,5,6 at Union Square.
