Here at NYU Skirball Center, we strive to supply the utmost service and comfort to everyone. With that in mind, there are a few things that we need to let you know, for the greatest convenience and ease in the time you spend with us:

Latecomers may be admitted and seated at the discretion of management.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Artists and programs are subject to change without notice.

Tickets are valid only for the event, date and time stated.

Use of photography and recording devices, included but not limited to mobile devices such as cell phones and smart phones, is prohibited.

Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects ticket to revocation without refund.

Tickets obtained from an unauthorized sources are void.

Unlawful reproduction of this ticket will be prosecuted.

Ticket-holder must present valid photo ID upon request and must adhere to all University and building policies when present.

Management reserves the right to: (a) refuse admission, (b) revoke, without refund, this ticket at any time, for any reason.

Ticket holder voluntarily assumes any and all risks occurring prior to, during or after the event, including injury by any cause.

Event may be videotaped or photographed for various media and may include pictures of, actions of, or statements by the audience or individuals in the audience. Attendance at this event shall be deemed your consent to appear in all such media without compensation.

NYU Skirball is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties such as ticket brokers or online outlets. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and unusable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Tickets purchased from third parties may be priced much higher than the ticket’s actual face value, and we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations.
